Three (3) Year Contract to Provide a Fully Functional Digital Cloud/

Jefferson Parish is seeking a contractor to provide a fully functional digital cloud-based/online auctioneering service for the sale of various types of vehicles, equipment, office furniture, sporting goods, computers, and other miscellaneous Jefferson Parish owned property. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, computer hardware, software, programming, written literature, and servers needed to provide the service. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond, bid bond, and fidelity bond, as well as comply with various insurance requirements. • Provide a fully functional digital cloud-based/online auctioneering service • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, computer hardware, software, programming, written literature, and servers needed to provide the service • Provide 24/7 online bidding • Provide a system for collecting and processing payments from bidders • Provide monthly detailed financial and summary reports of all transactions • Provide on-site and online training and support of Jefferson Parish employees throughout the contract
