Description
This Invitation for Price Quote (IFPQ) seeks a certified Small Business, Micro‑Business, or Disabled‑Veteran Business Enterprise to provide comprehensive HVAC system cleaning and duct‑cleaning services for Caltrans’ Southern Regional Laboratory in Fontana, San Berningo County. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, equipment, materials, disposal, travel, and incidentals, follow NADCA standards, hold the appropriate CSLB licenses, and comply with prevailing‑wage and safety requirements. No subcontracting is allowed, and the work must be completed within 45 business days of start, with a contract term of roughly one year.
• Clean HVAC ducts and associated components in nine designated laboratory rooms, using power‑vacuuming and reverse‑jet equipment per NADCA standards.
• Perform inspection, reporting, hazardous waste disposal, and provide all required certifications (NADCA ASCS, CSLB C‑20 or C‑61/D‑64, DIR registration).
