Description
The State of South Carolina is establishing a statewide, fixed‑price term contract for Cohesity‑branded data‑protection software, hardware appliances, cloud services, analytics, and related professional services. The contract will be awarded to up to five qualified vendors and will run for a base year with four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years). Vendors must be an authorized Cohesity partner (Associate, Preferred, or Premier) with Professional Services authorization and must submit discounts on manufacturer list prices as well as maximum hourly rates for optional VAR services. The award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid that yields the highest cumulative weighted discount total.
