The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is soliciting a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) service for all HVAC equipment at each of its county offices statewide. The contract is awarded on a unit‑price basis; each bid must cover a complete PM visit (labor, travel, tools, filters, supplies) for a single location during the 07/01/26 – 09/30/26 window, with all repairs identified during the visit required to be completed by 30 Sept 2026. Only vendors that attended the mandatory site‑visit in round 1 may submit a bid.
• Scope includes filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, electrical/mechanical inspections, water‑treatment for water‑cooled units, and detailed reporting (photos, inspection forms, EPA notifications).
• Suppliers must hold Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, plus EPA Section 608 universal certification for all technicians.
• Service appointments are appointment‑only, M‑F 8:30 am‑4:00 pm; all documentation must be completed on the day of the visit.
• Payment is contingent on submission of completed inspection forms, photos, water‑treatment reports, and approved repair quotes.
