Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the printing of vital record certificates and cards for the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same price, terms, and conditions. The total contract term cannot exceed 36 months. Bidders must submit their bids online via the LaGov vendor portal, and all bids must be received prior to the bid opening time to be considered.
