Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide courier services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. The services will include daily delivery services between various locations, including Lake Nona Medical Center, Lake Baldwin Campus, Orlando VAMC, and other CBOCs. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 1,560 trips per year, with a guaranteed minimum of $25,000.00 for the fiscal year in which the contract was awarded. The total maximum amount of services acquired under this contract shall not exceed $3,500,000.00.
• The contract period will begin on 05-01-2026 and end on 04-30-2027, with options to extend for up to 3 additional years.
• The contractor will be required to provide daily delivery services, including pickup and drop-off at various locations.
• The contractor will also be required to provide Saturday delivery services, as requested.
• The contractor must have the ability to provide urgent pickup and delivery services, as needed.
