Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR), is seeking a vendor to provide Oracle Database Maintenance and Support Services for their Offendertrak system. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing standard business hours support, system monitoring, data protection and recovery, and data cleansing services. The contract term is for 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional two 12-month periods. The vendor will need to provide a monthly system support cost and an hourly rate for additional services.
• The Offendertrak system is a legacy system that has reached end of life and requires maintenance and support until a replacement system is in place.
• The system is used by approximately 2500 users across eight correctional facilities.
• The vendor will need to provide support for system outages, routine maintenance, and data cleansing.
• The vendor will need to ensure that the system is kept up and running, with minimal downtime, to ensure the continued operation of the correctional facilities.
