On-Call Towing Services

The San Bernardino County, Land Use Services Department is seeking proposals for on-call towing services. The selected contractor will provide towing, vehicle recovery, and disposal of dismantled, inoperative, junked, or wrecked vehicles. The contractor must have a valid Class A license, TSAAC approved training, and safety vests meeting OSHA requirements. The contract period will be for a maximum of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. The contractor must also comply with the County's Local Preference Policy and provide proof of insurance. • The contractor will be responsible for providing on-call towing services throughout the county. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to provide the required services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with the County's insurance requirements. • The contractor must provide a statement of certification, including a statement that the offer is firm and binding for nine months from the deadline for proposals.
