Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) Administrator

The California Air Resources Board is soliciting a grantee to administer the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE). The CORE program aims to reduce the purchase price of zero-emission off-road heavy-duty equipment. The selected grantee will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the CORE program, including conducting the voucher incentive program and providing support for the deployment of zero-emission technology in the off-road sector. The grantee will also be responsible for ensuring that at least 50% of the CORE-supported equipment is domiciled in disadvantaged communities.
