Brentwood Recreation Complex Refrigeration System Services

The City of Brentwood, Missouri is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the Ice Rink Refrigeration System at the Brentwood Recreation Complex. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option for two one-year extensions. The successful contractor will be required to provide monthly and yearly duties, including checking performance of all components, inspecting for oil and refrigerant leaks, and furnishing reports detailing the condition of the mechanical equipment. • Ice Rink Refrigeration System and floor • Rink Dehumidifier • Hot Water Boilers The contractor must have experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems, particularly in ice rink environments, and must meet the City's insurance requirements.
