Description
The Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce eight (8) outdoor banners (five “Mike’s Banners” and three “Hotel Banners”) measuring 32½ × 56½ inches each. The banners must be printed one‑sided with 4‑color UV inks on a double‑sewn, heavy‑duty nylon/poly material with a matte finish, and must meet GPO Quality Level III standards. The contractor will receive digital files, submit press‑quality PDF proofs for approval, provide a photo of each finished banner, package each banner separately, and ship them to the Illinois Army National Guard in Springfield, IL by July 24 2026. The contract includes a one‑year warranty and requires completion of GPO Form 905 for labeling.
