Description
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide On-Site and Remote Spoken and Sign Language Interpreting Services, Document Translation, and Other Related Services statewide as needed. The contract term is expected to be two years with the option of a two-year extension. Vendors must meet the minimum requirements set forth in the Technical Requirements attachment. The evaluation criteria include conformance with the terms of the RFQ, mandatory minimum requirements, and critical items such as indemnification, limited liability, and insurance schedule.

• 365-days a year/7-days a week/24-hours a day On-Demand Interpreting and Translation related services
• Services are anticipated to be utilized in several different government settings
• Vendors must be registered at nevadaepro.com to respond to the solicitation
• Vendors must hold a state business license pursuant to NRS chapter 76 unless exempted
• Vendors must have an active entity registration in sam.gov
