FY26 Third-Party Liability & SOAT insurance for official vehicles

The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru is seeking a contractor to provide Third-Party Liability and SOAT insurance for its official vehicles. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to extend. The contractor will be responsible for providing insurance coverage, managing claims, and providing legal advice when required. The estimated quantity of vehicles to be insured is 170 for Third-Party Liability and 163 for SOAT. The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. • The contractor must have experience in providing insurance services to diplomatic missions or similar organizations. • The contractor must have a permanent address and telephone listing in Lima, Peru. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide proof of SAM registration and a copy of the Certificate of Insurance. • The contractor must have a strategic plan for providing Third-Party Liability and SOAT insurance services.
