Payroll services for Locally Employed Staff

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is seeking a contractor to provide payroll services for its locally employed staff. The contract will be an IDIQ contract with a base year and four one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for calculating and reporting payroll, as well as submitting declarations of contributions and taxes on behalf of the Embassy. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and must provide a list of clients demonstrating prior experience in similar payroll services.
