Genome Sequencing

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide genome sequencing services. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the contractor will be required to provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements. The technical capability narrative should include a general confirmation of technical capability to perform to the requirements of Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP. The contractor must also provide a detailed explanation of any requirement that cannot be successfully accomplished. • The contract is set-aside for small business concerns. • The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541380. • The small business size standard is $19M. • The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. • The evaluation criteria include technical acceptability, past performance, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the quoter whose quote is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable.
