Description
The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is seeking to enhance its Chapel Audio-Visual (AV) system. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential sources to aid in defining the procurement strategy for a forthcoming solicitation. The anticipated type of contract shall be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price. The RFI is seeking information from potential vendors on their ability to provide the required items/equipment, including their capability to fulfill the requirement, points of contact, and pricing information.
• The requirement includes enhancing the Chapel AV system as detailed in the attached Draft Statement of Work.
• The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.
• The VA does not accept grey market items, and vendors must attach an Authorized Distribution Letter as an approved and authorized vendor.
• RFI responses are due by 3:00pm Central Time on 02-16-2026.
