Facility HVAC Mechanical Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide Facility HVAC Mechanical Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services for various facilities throughout the state. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC equipment and systems. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services. The contractor must also have a contract manager with at least five years of experience in HVAC maintenance, inspections, and repair services, and at least two years of management experience. The contractor must also have at least two HVAC technicians on staff, each with at least three years of experience. The contractor will be required to respond to service requests within 30 minutes and arrive at the facility within three hours of receiving the request. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency services and have a 24-hour emergency phone number. • The contractor must have experience with full-service HVAC, Chiller, Boiler maintenance, inspection, and repair services. • The contractor must have knowledge of the National Electric Code, the American Standard Safety Code, International Building Code, and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes. • The contractor must have a company safety program that educates all technicians on the hazards associated with the performance of the services required. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes.
