Description
The Town of Longmeadow is seeking an on-call general contractor for various construction projects. The contractor will be responsible for providing general building construction services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded based on the best interest of the Town, and the Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The contractor must comply with prevailing wage laws.
