Description
The State of West Virginia Department of Agriculture is seeking a vendor to provide two Cisco Catalyst 9500 Series 48-port 1/10/25 GbE Ethernet Switches or equal, along with maintenance and support services. The contract will be for a one-time purchase, and the vendor must meet the mandatory requirements listed in the specifications. The scope of work includes providing the required networking equipment, installing and configuring the equipment, and providing technical support and maintenance services. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the required services at the lowest overall total cost.
• The vendor must provide equipment that meets or exceeds the mandatory requirements, including compatibility with the Agency's existing Cisco SD-WAN environment and a minimum of 48 25GbE-capable ports.
• The vendor must provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty and Cisco Customer Experience Level 1 Support for a minimum of 1 year.
• The vendor must deliver the equipment within 60 working days of receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
• The vendor must provide technical support and maintenance services, including hardware and software support, and next business day replacement of failed internal components.
