Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide catering services for the AY26 NSS-REP and NSS-DEP events hosted by the USAWC Commandant. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform catering service for the lunches and dinners as defined in the attached PWS.
• The contractor will be required to provide catering services for multiple events, including lunches and dinners, with varying quantities and dates.
• The contractor must ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the catering services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices and receiving reports in accordance with the contract clauses.
