Description
Workforce Solutions Cameron is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care services to their center located at 851 Old Alice Road, Brownsville, Texas. The services must include bi-weekly lawn maintenance, trimming, sweeping, and removing debris. The contractor must also provide and install seasonal annual flowers, perform irrigation system startup and winterization, and prune palm trees. The contract period will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• Bi-weekly lawn maintenance
• Trimming and sweeping
• Removing debris
• Providing and installing seasonal annual flowers
• Performing irrigation system startup and winterization
• Pruning palm trees
• Maintaining shrub beds and mulched areas free of weeds
• Applying weed control, fertilization, and insect/disease treatments
• Completing annual Backflow Certification Testing
