Description
The US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles Long Beach is intending to award a sole-source contract to Fortior Solutions, LLC, to provide access control equipment, subscription services, software, and maintenance for up to six handheld scanners at the main access control point. The contract will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing Omnivee Vendor and Omnivee Visitor services, including biometric registration, individual participant vetting, adjudication, and waivers, as well as credential validation, access eligibility verification, electronic guest lists, and event management. The contractor must ensure all personnel have the necessary qualifications and follow safety and security protocols.
• The contract type is fixed-firm priced.
• The contractor must submit proper invoices through the U.S. Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
• The contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control plan to ensure services are performed to acceptability.
• Any work found deficient must be corrected by the contractor at no additional cost to the government.
