RFP026-50 Cybersecurity Services

The City of Meriden is seeking a vendor to provide cybersecurity monitoring and advisory services, including 24/7 security operations center monitoring, incident response support, threat intelligence, and security monitoring technology. The selected vendor will provide expertise in performing various functions, such as preparation of permit applications, liaison functions, and clerical assistance. The vendor must have experience operating a 24/7 Security Operations Center, supporting government or municipal clients, and demonstrating cybersecurity expertise. • The scope of services includes security operations center monitoring, incident response support, threat intelligence, security monitoring technology, reporting and communication, and cybersecurity advisory services. • The vendor must provide regular reporting, including monthly security reports, incident reports, and summary of alerts and responses. • The vendor must also provide clear escalation procedures and communication protocols. • The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional three-year terms.
