Housing Trust Fund Corporation is requesting information from qualified firms or individuals (“Respondents”) regarding the full range of potential options and strategies currently available in the marketplace for the provision of an Applicant Tracking System (“ATS” or the “Project”) to replace the two ATSs currently being utilized.
