Description
The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System is seeking a qualified firm to provide library books, non-print resources, and related ancillary services for approximately 51 media centers. The selected firm will be required to guarantee a percentage discount for orders in excess of $5,000.00. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The firm will be responsible for providing a professional appearance, adhering to a code of conduct, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• The firm will provide library books, non-print resources, and related ancillary services for approximately 51 media centers.

• The firm will be responsible for indemnifying the District and its employees against any claims or damages arising from the firm's negligence or intentional wrongdoing.
