Description
The Norway-Vulcan Area Schools is seeking bids for the HVAC Bond Project, which includes general trades, mechanical, and electrical work. The project is subject to Michigan Prevailing Wages. Bidders are required to bid the entire bid package and provide a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check. The successful bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds if the contract award is greater than $25,000.

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2025
• Site visits will take place during the pre-bid meeting
• Bids will be received until October 29, 2025
