Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a contractor to provide incident response services related to incidents or accidents occurring on or along highway rights of way or TxDOT facilities, and to perform non-emergency pickup and disposal of TxDOT generated waste materials for the Austin District. The contractor will be responsible for responding to incidents, assessing the situation, and taking necessary actions to mitigate the impact of the incident. The contractor will also be responsible for picking up and disposing of TxDOT generated waste materials in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Incident response services: The contractor will provide incident response services, including assessing the situation, taking necessary actions to mitigate the impact of the incident, and providing support to TxDOT personnel.
• Non-emergency pickup and disposal of waste materials: The contractor will pick up and dispose of TxDOT generated waste materials in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Compliance with TxDOT regulations: The contractor will comply with all TxDOT regulations and guidelines related to incident response and waste disposal.
