Guilford County School Nutrition Safety Shoes

The Guilford County School Nutrition Services is seeking proposals from vendors to provide School Nutrition employees with the opportunity to purchase quality non-slip safety shoes. The selected vendor will be required to provide a broad selection of safety shoes with excellent slip resistance, affordable prices, and capacity to collect orders and ship directly to employees. The vendor must also provide a warranty against defects, satisfaction guarantee, and administrative support staff to implement coupon/voucher programs. • The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. • The vendor must provide independent laboratory evaluations of their product indicating slip resistance ratings. • The vendor must have an accessible retail location for staff to purchase products or a shoe truck that can be available in Guilford County, NC for 2 days or more in mid to late August. • The vendor must provide a detailed description of their line of slip-resistant shoes and their cost to employees.
