Overhead Door, Fire Doors, Smoke Barriers, and Fire Barriers Preventative Maintenance

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for overhead doors, garage door, operator, and fire door preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs for facility maintenance on an as-needed basis throughout the fiscal year for Austin State Hospital (ASH). The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The selected bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. • The scope of work includes preventative maintenance and repairs of overhead doors, garage doors, operators, and fire doors. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive pricing structure, including all costs associated with the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan for performing the work, including a schedule and milestones. • The contractor will be required to provide a plan for addressing any issues or problems that may arise during the performance of the work.
