Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking bids for conference facilities for a wastewater treatment basic conference. The conference will be held from June 1-4, 2026, and the venue must be located within 25 miles of St. Cloud, MN, Baxter, MN, or Brainerd, MN. The contract will include room rental, catering, AV equipment rental, and lodging. The State reserves the right to award the contract to a single responder or multiple responders.
• The conference will have an estimated number of attendees, but the State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals.
• The contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
• The State reserves the right to inspect the facility prior to award and may reject a responder for issues including odors, damaged furniture, or unsanitary conditions.
• Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and late responses will not be considered.
