This Sources Sought seeks vendors capable of supplying 100 new Iridium‑type satellite phone kits with prepaid global service plans (720‑day, ≥6,000 minutes) and providing in‑country warranty, testing, and importation support for delivery to INL’s Mexico warehouse (or an alternative delivery to Brownsville, TX). The contractor must handle customs clearance, VAT compliance, and ensure Spanish‑language technical support and warranty service in Mexico. • Provide new, unopened phone kits with full accessory set and pre‑activated SIMs. • Offer a 720‑day prepaid satellite service plan covering Mexico, with activation details and support in Spanish. • Act as importer of record, obtain all Mexican import permits, issue compliant “Factura” invoices, and support a 12‑month in‑country warranty.
