Concession Franchise Agreement at the Medford Athletic Complex (Re-Issue)

The Town of Brookhaven is seeking proposals for a concession franchise agreement at the Medford Athletic Complex. The successful proposer will be responsible for furnishing supplies, equipment, and/or services subject to the terms and conditions of the RFP. Proposals must be received by the Purchasing Division Office by 4:30 PM on December 23, 2025. • The RFP includes addendums 1-4, which provide additional information and instructions for proposers. • The concession franchise agreement will be for an unspecified duration, and the proposer must be authorized to represent and bind their company. • The Town of Brookhaven reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. • Proposers must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope, and the envelope must be marked with the RFP number and title.
