2026 Fitness Center Juice Bar Concessionaire

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to operate a Juice Bar cafe within the Fitness Center at Royal Air Force Lakenheath (RAFL) in England. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, transportation, supervision, and food and related supplies required to operate the cafe. The cafe will serve a diverse menu, including specialty sports drinks, 100% fruit juices, smoothies, and healthy menu items. The contractor will be required to maintain proper food temperatures, follow approved menu and inventory control procedures, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of three offerings per category. • The contractor will be responsible for all equipment repairs and replacement. • The contractor will be required to maintain a Point of Sale (POS) cash register and provide a customer receipt. • The contractor will be responsible for providing their own credit card machine and internet service. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and security.
