Description
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is seeking bids for the provision of computers and related equipment. The contract will be for a period of 12 months. The successful bidder will be required to provide equipment compatible with pre-existing equipment. The bidder must also agree not to distribute any part of their bid beyond the Issuing Office.
• The contract includes the provision of Dell Pro Micro OCM1250 computers, Dell Pro Max 16 laptops, and various accessories such as docking stations, keyboards, and monitors.
• The bidder must provide a quote for the equipment, including shipping costs, which must be listed on a separate line item.
• The awarded vendor will be paid for the total line items on the quote.

• The bidder must comply with the requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Terms and Conditions.
• The bidder must also comply with the Reciprocal Limitations Act Requirements and the Lobbying Certification Form (BOP 1307) if the bid submission exceeds $100,000.00.
