Description
California State University, Fullerton is seeking a qualified firm to provide university‑wide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting and transliteration services for students, faculty, and staff. The contractor must supply both in‑person and video‑remote interpreters, maintain a certified pool of interpreters, handle emergency and after‑hours requests, and deliver administrative support, scheduling, and invoicing. The contract runs for three years with two optional one‑year extensions and an estimated volume of 350‑400 service hours per month.
• Provide RID‑ or NAD‑certified ASL interpreters for classrooms, labs, meetings, exams, events, and emergency communications.
• Support both on‑site and video remote interpreting, with a secure online scheduling system and prompt replacement capability.
• Meet insurance, FERPA, and CSU policy requirements; submit detailed hourly rate tables and cancellation‑fee structures.
