The City of Waco is seeking proposals for an on-airport rental car concession at Waco Regional Airport. The city is looking for proposers who can offer the highest Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG). A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on-site at the airport on April 16, 2026. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on May 7, 2026. Key aspects of the job include:
