Rowan University is seeking a vendor to lease, deliver, install, maintain, and replace 1,508 combination microwave‑refrigerator‑freezer units for its residence‑hall rooms. The contract is a three‑year base term beginning July 1 2026, with two optional two‑year renewals, and includes installation during summer 2027, ongoing spring‑term cleaning/maintenance, and provision of spare units for replacements. The vendor must provide a lease price per unit, assume responsibility for installation, packaging removal, damage liability, insurance, warranty, and compliance with New Jersey statutes and university policies.
• Supply and lease 1,508 new combination appliances (model MicroFridge 3.1MF7‑7B1X or equivalent).
• Install units in seven residence halls during summer 2027 and provide annual cleaning/maintenance plus spare‑unit management.
