Greene County, Ohio is seeking a qualified Architecture/Engineering (A/E) consulting team to design a new 45,000 SF Family Services Center that will consolidate multiple county departments onto the former Greenwood Manor Nursing Home site. The scope includes program development, site analysis, preliminary design, construction documents, permitting, construction administration, and project close‑out, with an anticipated design‑build timeline of 24‑30 months. The consultant must submit a full qualifications package by 2 PM on October 1, 2026 and will be evaluated on experience, technical approach, financial stability, and references.
