Spectrofluorometer (Fluorimeter) System Replacement

The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking a contractor to provide a high-performance fluorescence spectrophotometer (fluorimeter) system for the Department of Chemistry. The system must meet the salient characteristics outlined in Attachment 1. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, components, and on-site installation/familiarization training. The offeror must submit sufficient technical literature to demonstrate that the proposed product meets or exceeds all salient characteristics. • The system must include the core instrument, solid sample holder accessory kit, water-thermostatted single-cell holder, water pump, and desktop PC with interfacing software. • The contractor must provide a list of up to three recent and relevant contracts/orders. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote inclusive of the equipment, standard warranty, and all shipping/delivery costs.
