Inspection, Diagnostic Testing, Maintenance and Repair Services Of British Thermal Units (BTU) Meters, Combustion Control Device Systems, Transmitters, And High Temperature Hot Water Generator Safety Devices At Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) – Three (3) Year Contract

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking a contractor to provide inspection, diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repair services for British Thermal Units (BTU) meters, combustion control device systems, transmitters, and high-temperature hot water generator safety devices at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). The contract will be for a three-year period. • The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide diagnostic testing and inspection services to ensure the equipment is functioning properly. • The contractor will be responsible for providing replacement parts and materials as needed. • The contractor will be required to provide training to Port Authority personnel on the equipment and its maintenance. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed report of all work performed, including any repairs or replacements made.
