Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a vendor to provide food service items for FCI Gilmer. The solicitation is due by March 12, 2026, and the contract will be awarded to the vendor whose offer is most advantageous to the Government. The contract will require the vendor to provide food service items, including dairy and bread products, within the specified delivery dates. The vendor must ensure that all requirements can be satisfied in terms of quantity required, delivery dates, specifications, packaging, labeling, and invoicing procedures.
• The contract will be for the 3rd quarter of FY26, with deliveries expected between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026.
• The amounts requested for milk and bread are estimates and may vary based on institutional need.
• All prices must be FOB destination, and original signatures are required on quotes submitted.
• The Government shall award by line item to responsive/responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government.
