Aseptic Hospital Management Services (HAMS)

The Defense Health Agency is seeking qualified sources to provide comprehensive medical facility support services, including aseptic hospital management and regulated medical waste collection, transportation, and disposal, at various Royal Air Force installations in the United Kingdom. The contractor must adhere to US and UK regulations, and the services must be performed in a way that maintains strict sterility in clinical areas and prevents cross-contamination. The expected period of performance is a base year plus four option years, and the contract type is Firm Fixed Price. • The services include aseptic housekeeping, regulated medical waste collection and transportation, and waste destruction. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE/NCAGE code. • The contractor must demonstrate proven corporate experience and technical proficiency in executing aseptic and medical housekeeping in clinical or hospital environments. • The contractor must comply with US regulations, UK environmental laws, and UK labor standards.
