Description
The U.S. Embassy Nassau is seeking a caterer to provide regional American-themed food stations for up to 1,000 guests at their Fourth of July celebration on June 26, 2026. The caterer must provide fully staffed regional food stations featuring various menu items, including pizza bites, mini Philly cheesesteaks, BBQ rib bites, and more. The caterer is responsible for providing all necessary serving equipment, chafing dishes, and warming equipment, as well as maintaining food safety and temperature control throughout the event.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing labor only pricing for Stations 1-4 or 5-9 or both
• Preparing all food items fresh and to health code standards
• Providing sufficient servers to fully staff each station (minimum 16 servers)
• Maintaining food safety and temperature control throughout the event
• Providing 70 pre-boxed staff meals
• Completing setup by 5:00 PM on June 26, 2026, and providing service from 7:45 PM to 9:45 PM
• Completing breakdown and removal by 12:00 AM on June 27, 2026
