Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking a cloud-based mobile communications capture solution to securely and reliably capture, archive, and preserve Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) communications for approximately 6,500 users. The solution must be a fully managed Software as a Service (SaaS) platform hosted in a secure, United States-based government-compliant environment meeting Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate or equivalent standards. The solution must support Apple iPhone Operating System (iOS) and Android devices, including Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and corporate-owned devices, and provide search, retrieval, reporting, data export, and interoperability via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Simple Storage Service (S3)-compatible storage, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) or equivalent mechanisms.
