The City of Hampton is issuing an RFP for specialized coaching and facilitation services to support strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, justice‑reform implementation, leadership development, and organizational change. The consultant will deliver one‑on‑one coaching, group workshops, assessments, and follow‑up support, focusing on implementation science within criminal‑justice, behavioral health, and community‑based systems.
