Description
The Polk School District Nutrition Services is seeking a vendor to provide commercial food supply and distribution services. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and end on June 31, 2027. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and any applicable Addenda. The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to accept any part of a proposal without accepting the whole thereof.
• The vendor must comply with the Buy American Act and provide domestically produced commodities or products.
• The vendor must provide a completed and signed printed paper copy of the proposal and Quote Sheet and Vendor Questionnaire.
• The vendor must include a saved electronic copy of the Proposal, Quote Sheet, and Vendor Questionnaire on a Flash Drive.
• The SFA will evaluate proposals based on factors such as price, technical approach, experience, qualifications, and past performance.
