Description
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed service contract to Keysight Technologies Inc. for onsite services to upgrade computers to Windows 11 and the latest SQL Server version in order to update critical Apex Gamma software. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 12, and a Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared IAW FAR 6.103-1. The period of performance is from approximately September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. The contractor will provide customizations to the Apex Gamma software, including revising analysis reports and updating sample information screens to ensure functionality with the new software version.
• The contractor will revise the radioassay laboratory's Apex-Gamma version 1.4.1 analysis reports to work with the new Apex-Gamma version 1.5.1.
• The contractor will update the previously customized Apex-Gamma version 1.4.1 sample information screens to function properly in Apex-Gamma version 1.5.1.
• The contractor will provide the associated installation files and remote assistance to ensure the new analysis reports and sample information screens install correctly.
