The State of North Dakota’s Procurement Office is seeking qualified vendors to supply cut paper products meeting specific brand, size, weight, and recycled‑content requirements for a one‑year contract. The awardee will provide the paper, packaging, delivery, training, and ongoing sales support to multiple state agencies, with mandatory background‑check compliance and quarterly reporting.
• Supply a full lineup of cut‑paper SKUs (including 8.5×11, 11×17, various weights) with minimum 25 % recycled content.
• Deliver within 10 calendar days (next‑day for Capitol orders) and optionally provide 36‑hour expedited service for an additional fee.
