CCTV Security Camera Maintenance and Support

The City of Lake Forest is seeking a consultant to provide CCTV security camera maintenance and support services. The consultant will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of all security camera equipment across the Civic Center, Sports Park, Skate Park, and public parks. The services include day-to-day activities, quarterly systems-wide checks, bi-annual lens cleaning, and incident response. The consultant must possess demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the Milestone VMS software platform and support the current Axis Communications cameras and other major camera brands. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing support services and overseeing the complete lifecycle of CCTV equipment • Performing quarterly checks and bi-annual lens cleaning • Responding to service requests within the next business day • Configuring the system to alert the vendor immediately if any camera goes offline • Maintaining an accurate inventory of City CCTV equipment • Providing recommendations for purchasing additional license capacity or hardware alternatives
