Description
The City of Alexandria is seeking a qualified vendor to supply new, unused work uniforms on an as‑needed basis for multiple city departments, including transit, industrial, and professional wear. The contract covers purchase, labeling, packaging, and free alterations of garments, with all freight prepaid and delivered F.O.B. Destination. Pricing must remain fixed for twelve months with a possible renewal, and federal FTA clauses apply to the transit uniform category. Bidders must meet state procurement statutes, provide required certifications, and may be subject to Buy‑America and other federal requirements.
• Supply of three uniform categories (Transit Bus, Industrial Work, Professional Dress) with detailed material, color, and logo specifications.
